Durably protects all metal surfaces against rust and corrosion. Forms a rust drying and adherent protective layer which is resistant to salt, water and temperatures up to +300 oC (+572 oF).

Zinc Spray “bright grade” corresponds to ASTMA 780 as repair coating for hot galvanized surfaces.

For repairs of hot galvanized parts in matching colour
As highly effective antirust primer, e.g. for car body painting.
As coating on welded and drilled sections
As conductive intermediate layer in spot-welding

Directions: Clean and degrease surfaces with Cleaner S. Shake can before use till the mixing ball can be heard. Spray on evenly and crosswise at room temperature (approx. +20 oC / +68 oF) and at about 25 cm distance from surface. Dust-dry after approx. 15 minutes, fully hardened after approx. 10-12 hours.

Caution: Pressurized container protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding +50 oC. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. Without sufficient ventilation the formation of explosive vapour/air mixtures cannot be excluded.
